Light as a design parameter

The main goals of this series of workshops is for kids to distinguish the main properties, in terms of function and structure, of an everyday object that produces light. They are asked to define and manage aesthetics in such an object. This workshop also seeks to critically take advantage of the up-to-dated aesthetic influences. Also, working with scale models helps the kids to comprehend the notion of scale and in the meantime develop construction skills.
